JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Managing and supervising shopping mall facility and service operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation.
- Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan – No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC.
- Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts/ month), OFF days not fixed on weekends, and required to work on some public holidays.
- Report to: Deputy Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Check services performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and make suggestions for quality service improvement and cost saving (10%);
- Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment, technical systems such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc. (15%);
- Introduce operation procedures and regulations of shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow implementation (15%);
- Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services providing to customers in good condition (15%);
- Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (10%)
- Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (15%);
- Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from Management (10%);
- Other duties as assigned (10%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering;
- Candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in Building Management/ Operation, Facility Management or related fields are preferred;
- Have knowledge of technical systems, safety regulations, can check and understand technical drawings;
- Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
- Good at Microsoft Office;
- Have customer focus mindset;
- Good at teamwork and coping with stress;
- Willing to work in shift.
