JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Investigate new business development potentials and research the market, while developing relationships and cooperating with external parties to create reports, proposals, and licensing dossiers in order to meet the department’s and company’s targets.
- Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
- Report to: Deputy Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Investigate business potential in assigned area and analyze new business possibilities (20%);
- Create a business feasibility study plan and report for a new potential market (15%);
- Propose a business opportunity and return on the investment plan (15%);
- Develop good relationships with private companies or governmental bodies for developing sites and negotiate with them for Shopping Center and store development (10%);
- Prepare legal documentation relating to location contracting, licensing of the company (20%);
- Constantly have a good grip on the industry trend, market trend and consumer trend (10%);
- Other taks as assigned by Managers (10%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, any major;
- Have good proficiency in both Vietnamese and English communication;
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields (Real Estate, Project Planning, Business Development, etc.);
- Have good researching, analyzing, planning, and reporting skills;
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Be honest, patient, careful, and hardworking.
