On 24th December 2020, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan, which is developed and operated by AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd, has officially organized the Grand Opening Ceremony on 24th December 2020 with the massive welcome of people in this port city. The 6th shopping mall’s Grand Opening Ceremony of AEON Group in Vietnam has not only received huge concern of Hai Phong people but also the attention of both local and national authorities.
As the first shopping mall in Hai Phong City developed and operated by AEONMALL Vietnam, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan is expected to be the newest destination which helps to raise shopping and entertainment standards to the next level and to change people’s habits. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung – Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee, Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Committee shared: “With the efforts of the city and the contribution of Japanese enterprises, Hai Phong has now become the socio-economic center among the coastal region Northern Vietnam. The city includes a transportation system which has been invested and modernized on purpose of regional connection. Within these above reasons, AEON Group has chosen and invested its first shopping mall in Hai Phong city. To response, the city always facilitates for AEON Group in the process of building AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan within the expected time. The operation of AEON MALL is one of the prerequisite activities to turn Hai Phong into a commercial and tourism center of the country.. At the same time, AEON MALL has brought about 3000 job vacancies for the local people, and still been on its way to improves the lives of Hai Phong city people.
