JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Follow established regulations, procedures, guidelines and standards to carry out administrative company tasks, tenant management to ensure smooth Shopping Mall operation. Promote customer services through conducting new training programs for tenant staff and response to Customer inquiries (on Facebook, mail box…) to bring best experience to customers.
  • Working location: Room No. 301, 302, 3rd floor, Ha Thanh Plaza Building at National Highway 1A, Minh Trai Street, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Team Leader/ Senior Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Implement tenant management, collect fully and correctly tenant information, staff information. Supervise, collect and support all tenants strictly follow Laws, regulations and procedures such as Operating Insurance Certificates, Food hygiene certificate, legal docs, tracking violation if any….to ensure compliance for business run smoothly and correctly. (25%)
  2. Handle administration tasks followed by company’s regulations and process coordinator for Shopping Center’s paper jobs. Control and manage office supplies: office equipment, consumable expense, monthly working roster, transportation arrangement (20%)
  3. Tracking, follow up with related party to handle customer voice process till the end ensure all feedback on time, fully content with best manner to customer. Summarize customer voice and propose idea to improve Customer service (15%)
  4. Support tenants handling administrative tasks including daily business process, organize monthly meeting and event to ensure their smooth running. Organize some employee’s satisfaction activities: cleaning day, store manager meeting, daily work tool and facility… (15%)
  5. Assist to conduct tenant staff training to deliver Aeon Mall standard of service (10%)
  6. Daily patrol the shopping mall to timely support customer, check tenant staffs working manner and maintain good relationship with tenants to understand their training needs (10%)
  7. Other tasks as assigned (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience and knowledge establishing regulations, regulations, guidelines and standards to carry out administrative tasks, in conduct training and mindset in customer service are an advantage.
  • Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
  • Good at Microsoft Office.
  • Good at data analysis and good mindset in solving problems.
  • Having negotiation & communication skill.
  • Able to work well under pressure and be a good team player.
  • Willing to work in shift.
