JOB SUMMARY

Main function: Make plan and execute event promotions and marketing campaigns according to company marketing strategy
Working location: Aeon Mall Long Bien Office, 2nd FIoor, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM – C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
Report to: Team leader.

WHAT YOU DO

Work with agencies/vendors to check all decoration design, POSM, customer gifts, PGs, ect, to ensure event running smoothly. (25%)
Contribute the ideas to maximize marketing communication tools inside Mall within budget. (20%)
Patrol SC daily to provide support to tenants and ensure the best service provided to customers. (15%)
Explain marketing information to Tenants/Customers. (15%)
Handle with paperwork related to execute marketing events/tasks. (15%)
Making report as assignment accurately and timely. (5%)
Other duties as assigned. (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.
Have high responsibility and be careful.
Have good data analyzing skill and customer focus mindset.
