JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Do leasing work for current and new projects and find new tenants and persuade potential tenants to cooperate with AEONMALL Vietnam.
- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Team Leader
WHAT YOU DO
- Understand well the company’s background and update the retail market in order to complete leasing work as per assignment and achieve budget, occupancy rate as well as company target (20%).
- Increase database by finding new tenants and new concepts for better selection to ensure best tenancy mix for the shopping mall and maximize business result of the mall after opening (20%).
- Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/ procedure/reports timely (20%).
- Understand tenants’ business by deep study and analysis, actively build and maintain good relationship with tenants for better negotiation (15%).
- Analyze the performance and traffic of current malls regularly to propose improvement plan (10%).
- Support related teams with tasks relating to Leasing department and pre-leasing work to prepare for new mall opening and coordinate well with related department for problem solving when necessary (10%).
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Economics or related fields.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Leasing, Sales, Market Research or related areas; experience in retail, shopping mall or commercial real estate is preferred.
- Have good sense in retail, be flexible in negotiation and be proactive and enthusiastic in work are advantages.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with strong business acumen, teamwork spirit.
