JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Oversee the execution of the Company’s C&B functions, ensuring efficient payroll processing, social insurance, personal income tax, benefit management, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Assist in developing C&B strategies, creating and controlling C&B budgets, and driving continuous improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and Company performance.
  • Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
  • Report to: Manager/ General Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Oversee and manage the processing of the organization’s compensation and benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant local laws and the Company’s policies (25%);
  • Regularly review and update C&B-related policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. Support the development of policies for new compensation structures and benefit offerings (20%);
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management, ensuring C&B data and metrics are accurate and aligned with the organization’s objectives. Provide insights into compensation trends, payroll issues, and suggest improvements based on analysis (10%);
  • Manage expatriate-related matters, including work permits, visas, residency cards, and PIT declarations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the Company’s strategic direction (10%);
  • Lead and supervise C&B team, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of C&B responsibilities. Provide training and guidance to improve team performance and ensure seamless payroll processes (10%);
  • Oversee the implementation and operation of HRIS and other C&B systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely & accurate reporting to authorities (10%);
  • Assist in the preparation and management of C&B budgets (10%);
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any field;
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in C&B related roles and at least 2 years in managerial roles;
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, and related regulations; experiences in implementing C&B management systems or process automation is an advantage;
  • Have experience in handling labor disputes and working with external consulting firms;
  • Have experience and skills in team management;
  • Be honest, careful, flexible, determined to support and lead team members to achieve targets.
