JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: The position is responsible for recording accounts payable/expenses for new Shopping malls, and preparing Account Payable (AP) monthly/quarterly reports, list of input VAT invoices. Checking payment requests received from departments and process bank remittance for all suppliers/partners, consulting other departments on accounting, tax, and contract matters with other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Record accounts payable/expenses for AEONMALL Vietnam to ensure that all accounts payable and expenses are recorded correctly and timely; well communicate with other departments to collect sufficient accounting information for monthly booking (35%)
- Check payment requests received from departments and process cash payment/bank remittance for all suppliers/partners correctly and on time (30%)
- Consult other departments on accounting, tax, and contract matters (10%)
- Prepare accounts payable monthly/quarterly reports; prepare list of input VAT invoices (10%)
- Support consultant and auditors for monthly/yearly review (5%)
- Handle accounting’s administrative jobs: managing document storage, bank documentation processing, … (5%)
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Candidates who have 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.
- Have high responsibility and be careful.
