JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Carry out all tasks for smooth functioning and safe operation of the shopping mall by covering Facility, Security, and Infrastructure. Follow maintenance work to ensure that contracted service providers perform all contractual obligations.
- Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan – No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC.
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive.
WHAT YOU DO
- Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam (ADV) (contracted service provider) to check safety, solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment and technical systems such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc. (15%)
- Instruct operation procedures and regulations of shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow their implementation. (15%)
- Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure that all facilities and services are provided to customers in good conditions; Deal with constructors regarding repairing and renovating work. (15%)
- Follow all fit-out work, renovation, event set-up in the shopping mall and report the schedules and relevant incidents if any. (15%)
- Check service performance of ADV and make suggestions for quality service improvement and cost saving. (10%)
- Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors. (10%)
- Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from supervisors. (10%)
- Other duties as assigned. (10%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Candidates with 2 – 3 years of experience in Building Management/ Operation, Facility Management or related fields are preferred.
- Have knowledge of technical systems, safety regulations, can check and understand technical drawings.
- Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Have customer focus mindset.
- Good at teamwork and coping with stress.
- Willing to work in shift.
