JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Providing relevant information and reports to immediate superior regularly; Closely coordinating with construction teams, sub-contractors, surveyors, consultants to ensure effective teamwork.
- Work location: AEONMALL Vietnam HCM Branch Office – 15F LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC.
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Report to: Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Follow up defect works & additional works, support in the event of operational obstacles, keep coordination with operation teams and contractors to complete assigned tasks to ensure good operation of existing Shopping Malls. (30%)
- Carry out assigned tasks to build new Shopping Malls or renovate existing Shopping Malls (i.e. managing cost, schedules, designs, quality…). (20%)
- Ensure that project packages can meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timelines. (20%)
- Support other departments (i.e. Leasing, Operation…) with technical issues related to construction (building inspection, tenant handbook, rules…). (20%)
- Other duties as assigned by management team. (10%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Candidates with Bachelor’s degrees.
- Have 5 – 10 years of working experience in Construction, Project Management or related fields (Construction project management experience is compulsory).
- Have Facility Management knowledge/ perspective.
- Can use both professional English and Vietnamese (Required to work directly with expats and various stakeholders).
- Can use Microsoft Office tools.
- Have good teamwork spirit and supportive cooperation mindset.
- Be willing to go on business trip if required.
