JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Organize, manage, and use databases for diagnosis, prediction, and making reports. Create report platform and management process for the team and cooperate with related departments to make improvements for the data system.
- Report to: DX Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- DX data management, develop and maintain databases, data system – reorganize data in readable format (mobile app, reward, Ecommerce, other DX channels…). (25%)
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, make reports and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction. (20%)
- Analyze local, national and global trends that impact both organization and the industry; prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. (15%)
- Create report platform, format for teams; build report management process; work with related department (NBS, IT), and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. (15%)
- Prepare and execute training for others related department related to data analysis and report matters. (10%)
- Manage CDP platform (manage all Mall IDs, accounts on the system, report tracking, study about the system and propose improvement…). (10%)
- Other duties as assigned. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Data Analysis and Management/ Information Management.
- Have 3-5 years of work experience, with minimum of 2 years in data management and analysis.
- Good at communication, learning skill, planning & organization skill, and adaptability to change & high workload.
- Proficient at Excel, also can use Power BI (or a similar tool) for data management and analysis.
