JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies to promote and manage AMVN’s Ecommerce platform. Deliver promotional messages to online consumers with the intent of building awareness, generating traffic, improving conversion rate, pushing online sales, and promoting cashless payment.
  • Report to: DX Manager

WHAT YOU DO

A. PLANNING & EXECUTION (55%):

  • Plan and monitor digital marketing communication and promotions to promote Ecommerce (EC) platform (boost awareness, pull traffic, increase conversion rate, push online sales, etc.) (20%);
  • Make analysis of customers, market trend, competitors, etc. and cooperate with related departments to improve EC platform’s performance; make periodical (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc reports based on the analysis (15%);
  • Set up plans to brief to pitching advertisement agencies and follow & control them during the execution phase to manage KPI performance based on the approved budget (10%);
  • Analyze and cooperate with Sales & Marketing teams of Malls to make plans to improve AMVN platform (Staff Recommend & Livestream functions) to increase views and sales (10%);

B. PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR (45%):

  • Train Malls’ staff about optimized Ecommerce practices through training sessions and materials (15%);
  • Manage CMS as the main administrator: manage all IDs, accounts, tenants, product categories, etc. of Company level on EC platform (10%);
  • Manage and generate visuals and content on EC platform when necessary (5%);
  • Respond to customers’ comments on EC platform of Company level (5%);
  • Take charge of registering with DOIT and accordingly reporting for EC promotions of Company level; follow internal paperwork procedures (5%);
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration;
  • Have 3-5 years of work experience, with minimum of 1 year at an Ecommerce platform (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, etc.) or a brand’ Ecommerce team;
  • Good at communication, learning skill, planning & organization skill, and adaptability to change & high workload;
  • Good at Microsoft Office and can use Excel for research, analytics, and data management (knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar software will be a plus);
  • Have experience with design software (PTS, Canva, etc.);
  • Understand the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, offline marketing and PR, affiliate programs, etc.);
  • Have knowledge of order management/ customer behavior in an Ecommerce context;
  • Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics will be a plus;
  • Basic understanding of systems like CRM, CDP, etc. would be a plus.
