[397] Sales Officer

  • Main function: Support and follow up with tenants at the Shopping Center, analyze tenant’s business to come up with ideas to boost sales and achieve goals; ensure smooth operation.
  • Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan, No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Team Leaders/ Manager.


  • Keep track of tenants’ sales and support if needed to achieve the Category’s target and complete daily tasks including controlling tenants’ image and service based on company policy (25%);
  • Make category monthly reports, store manager reports, and other reports requested by Supervisors (15%);
  • Encourage and persuade tenants to contribute value to Mall’s programs to ensure a win-win relationship (15%);
  • Collect tenants’ information (promotions, activities, sales operations,…) to implement tenants’ push sales and optimize their sales as well as reach more customers (10%);
  • Support and prepare for campaigns, sales events as assigned by Supervisor while cooperating with agency and suppliers of the events on time as scheduled (10%);
  • Handle paperwork and document related to tenants, suppliers, and agencies on time (10%);
  • Patrol and frequently check tenants to ensure tenants follow AM’s standard services, performance, and revenue (10%);
  • Other tasks as assigned by upper level (5%).


  • Bachelor’s degree, in any field;
  • Candidates have 1 – 3 years working experience in Sales, Customer service, or related fields is preferred (Fresher can be trained);
  • Willing to work in shift;
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
  • Goot at Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Be careful & accurate, good team-work skill.
