JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Responsible for managing tenant staff data, office equipment, paperwork, legal documents, and ensuring employees comply with AEON MALL’s processes and regulations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong, Hoang Van Thu residential cluster, Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City
  • Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm; Average 05-07 shift C/month).
  • Report to: Team Leader/ Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Be responsible for data of tenant staff, customer bus, medical room and office equipment (e.g., stationery, printers, postage system) to ensure smooth operations (25%);
  2. Monitor and support tenants in complying with AEON MALL’s regulations and procedures to maintain an orderly shopping mall environment (25%);
  3. Handle administrative tasks such as contract management requests, payment processing, and preparing monthly duty rosters to support daily operations (20%);
  4. Control tenants submit all required legal documents before openings and maintain valid insurance coverage throughout their operation (10%);
  5. Prepare and submit periodic reports as requested by the supervisor (10%);
  6. Other tasks as assigned (10%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  1. Bachelor’s degree, any fields.
  2. No experience required. Candidates with relevant experience in Administration, Customer service,… will be a plus
  3. Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
  4. Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  5. Have good teamwork spirit and customer service mindset.
  6. Be honest, hardworking and cooperative.
  7. Be willing to work in shift.
