JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Perform operational tasks related to administration and training for tenants to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and compliance with AEON MALL’s operational policies.
  • Work location: 6th floor, UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang (Temporary Office)
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Prepare training materials and conduct both basic and advanced training sessions for tenant staff (15%);
  • Develop and implement forms and functions for the tenant management system, and manage its daily operations to support tenants effectively (15%);
  • Conduct daily patrols to monitor tenant staff behavior and prepare reports for the supervisor, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants to understand and address their inquiries effectively (15%);
  • Handle all customer feedback in accordance with company regulations. Regularly analyze the collected data and provide recommendations to the Manager for quality improvement (15%);
  • Support handle processes related to company regulations, including RFA, RFC, payments, and duty rosters. Provide administrative support to tenants to ensure smooth operations (10%);
  • Support manage administrative tasks as a Tenant Coordinator, including information collection, medical room oversight, customer shuttle services, and act as a Compliance Coordinator for tenants’ operations within the shopping mall (10%);
  • Support oversee and manage office supplies, including office equipment, consumable expenses, and the monthly work roster. Additionally, organize activities such as cleaning days, store manager meetings, and ensure the availability of daily work tools and facilities (10%);
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management (5%);
  • Other task as assignment (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in Admin/ Internal Training, or related fields are preferred. Freshers can be trained;
  • Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
  • Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Having negotiation & communication skill;
  • Can be able to withstand high work pressure;
  • Willing to work in shift.
