[539] Sales Officer Hot URGENT

• Main function: Handle leasing tasks, support marketing campaigns, and help tenants boost performance and customer engagement through building strong relationships with tenants by regularly checking store operations, improving tenant relationship, and analyzing sales; manage reports and resolve customer complaints.
• Work location: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe.
• Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
• Report to: Executive/ Deputy Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

• Leasing task: Handle in-out plan of tenants, survey market, and find new candidates; lease other income areas like wagon, vending machine, storage, common space as assigned budget and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (25%).
• Marketing support: Support tenants’ promotions and AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe’s campaigns and closely work with Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%).
• Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (15%).
• Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants’ situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (10%).
• Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationship and push their sales (10%).
• Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%).
• Process sales report and meeting preparations for tenants (10%).
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree, any field.
• Candidates with 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred. Freshers can be trained.
• Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Good at Microsoft Office.
• Have analyzing and customer focus mindset.
• Good at teamwork and coping with stress.
• Willing to work in shift and on public holidays.
