JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Support the execution of the shopping center’s marketing strategy by delivering promotional messages, campaigns, and events that drive customer traffic and sales. Work closely with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to implement marketing activities aligned with the Shopping center’s objectives and ensure a vibrant and engaging customer experience.
- Working location: Room No. 301, 302, 3rd floor, Ha Thanh Plaza Building at National Highway 1A, Minh Trai Street, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam (Temporary office)
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Senior Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Supervise agencies and vendors in preparing campaign materials and key visuals for the Mall. Manage all communication channels and tools, ensuring content quality, consistency of image, and timely customer responses within agreed standards (25%);
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, tenants, and external partners to oversee event and decoration details. Ensure all marketing campaigns and events are executed smoothly, safely, and effectively, delivering engaging customer experiences. (25%);
- Conduct daily patrols of the shopping center to provide timely customer support. Monitor and check all marketing activities, including decorations, events, digital signages, and both online/offline channels, to ensure proper execution and provide prompt support to tenants. (20%);
- Conduct marketing research, analyze reports and customer insights, identify emerging trends and technologies, and recommend innovative ideas. Support strategies to strengthen the Mall’s brand positioning and maximize marketing performance within budget (10%);
- Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, including preparing requests for approval, processing payments, managing contracts, and registering promotion programs with local authorities (10%);
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports to track performance and support management decision-making (5%);
- Other tasks as assigned (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- No experience required. Candidates have experience in marketing, events, or coordination is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to work in shifts.
