JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: The position is responsible for managing, recording the company’s fixed assets and prepaid expenses. This role ensures accurate tracking of asset movements, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting to support business operations and investment.
- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Team Leader
WHAT YOU DO
- Record transactions related to the acquisition, disposal, transfer, and other movements of fixed assets and prepaid expenses arising from business operations and investment. (40%)
- Calculate and provide fixed asset data to relevant departments to support procurement, disposal, transfer, and other activities related to fixed assets and prepaid expenses. (20%)
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports of fixed asset and investment projects. (15%)
- Organize and participate in annual fixed asset inventory at year end and prepare Asset inventory report. (10%)
- Create asset cards, collect, and mange document storage related to fixed assets and prepaid expenses. (5%)
- Consult other departments on accounting, tax, and contract matters relate to fixed assets; Support consultant and auditors for monthly/ yearly review relate to Fixed assets (5%)
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing & Finance
- Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.
- Have high responsibility and be careful.
