JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Assist in the operation and maintenance of the shopping mall’s facilities and infrastructures. Closely liaise with the external contractors to ensure that all workload is completed within standards.
- Work location: AEON MALL Hue – 6th Floor, Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue (Temporary office).
- Working time: On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive.
WHAT YOU DO
- Check the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and suggest quality service improvement and cost-saving (15%);
- Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment, a technical system such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc… (15%);
- Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (15%);
- Follow all fit-out works, renovation, events set up in the shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (15%);
- Introduce operation procedures and regulations of a shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow implementation (10%);
- Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services provided to customers are in good condition (10%);
- Summarize facility and security data & make a report as required from Management (10%);
- Other duties as assigned (10%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Construction, Engineering, or related majors;
- Having 1-2 years of experience in building management, construction, maintenance, or related fields is an advantage;
- Can use both spoken and written English (Application should be attached with your English resume);
- Good at Microsoft Office for paperwork process;
- Have teamwork spirit;
- Be willing to work in shift.
