JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Conduct survey to understand the market and analyze business situation of the mall to prepare leasing plan. Look for potential tenants to explore cooperation opportunities. Negotiate and close deal with tenant to fill up vacant lots and complete paper work with other leasing-related tasks.
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Team Leader/Deputy Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Preparing presentation, looking for potential tenants, set up meetings (20%).
- Meeting with tenants and negotiate to close deals (20%).
- Survey catchment area, competitors, retail market (15%).
- Making Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, reports, etc. (15%).
- Make analysis of tenants’ business in current malls (15%).
- Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date. Coordinate with related departments to solve tenants ‘problem when needed (15%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Have 1 – 3 years of working experience in relevant fields such as Sales, Marketing, Leasing Real Estate or Business Development is preferred.
- Required skills: Communication, Negotiation and Team Coordination.
- Good at English
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
