JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Coordinate with related parties for quarterly checking with Shopping Centers (SC) for report of maintenance management, life cycle standard for technical system management and saving energy. Handle SC’s weekly report from SC, update the report of SC situation with some improvement points through Fire fighting (FF) checking / Cleaning checking/ Safety checking.
  • Work location: 2nd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
  • Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Report to: Manager/ Senior Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Quarterly checking with Aeon Mall Shopping Centers (SC) for report of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) (situation of repair & replacement of building system) and compare to LCC standard to evaluate the effective. Yearly update and improve the LCC standard list base on actual repair at SC. (20%);
  • Monthly collect & evaluate the Energy Saving report from SC & compare to monthly target and advise SC for next action to keep the budget. Manage the data record file and analyst to find-out trend of all SC using energy to create the standard for next year. (20%);
  • Receiving Quotation of SC to check & give the evaluation the cost reasonable or unreasonable to support SC understand more. Support SC continue the process after giving evaluations. (10%);
  • Improvement SC’s staff skill by create the training ( sharing) course related to Operation working. Supporting some event/ contest to improve SC’s staff’s skill. (10%);
  • Studying & finding new solution of Energy Saving – LCC – Recycle & Safety Rule to improve the current situation for SC. (10%);
  • Monthly site-checking & update the report of SC situation with some improvement points through Fire fighting (FF) checking / Cleaning checking/ Safety checking. (10%);
  • Summary & prepare monthly report/ quarterly report / yearly report related to daily task for meeting. (10%);
  • Follow task as BOD & Manager assign. (10%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree in any majors but Construction/ Building Operation / Building Service field is an advantage.
  • Having 2-4 years of work experience. Deeply understand about building system & building operation is requirement.
  • Having experience for budget management – yearly plan of building maintenance is requirement.
  • Understand and have experience about green building and green sustainable building development is a huge advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Especially MS Word).
  • Be careful and have teamwork spirit.
