JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Carry out surveys, market research, province characteristics, and competitors to prepare for AEON MALL projects.
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Senior Executive
WHAT YOU DO
- Carry out survey, in-depth research and evaluate target market, including province characteristics, retail market, competitors and make reports as assigned by superiors to deeply understand about market situation and prepare for AEON MALL s’ projects (20%);
- Perform pre-leasing tasks, prepare leasing kit and related document accurately and timely as assigned (20%);
- Conduct surveys, collect data and update information related to competitors, retail market, new market trends and report to supervisor timely as assigned (20%);
- Update business results, analyze and evaluate the business performance of AEON MALL shopping centers to propose appropriate improvement idea (20%);
- Update and analyze current business situation regularly and conduct research on new trends of assigned categories market to serve for planning purpose (10%);
- Explore new tenant and customer demand in the assigned target market (5%);
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree at any major;
- Candidates have 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in Research, Data analysis, Planning, Real Estate,… is preferred;
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
- Good computer skills and knowing how to use analytical tools are a plus;
- Have knowledge and interest in the Retail and Shopping mall field;
- Have creativity and carefulness, able to work under pressure.
