JOB SUMMARY:
- Main function: Support and follow up with tenants at the Shopping Center, analyze tenant’s business to come up with ideas to boost sales and achieve goals; ensure smooth operation.
- Work location: AEON MALL Long Bien, No.27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
- Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm; Average 05-07 shift C/month).
- Report to: Executive/ Deputy Manager.
WHAT TO DO:
- Follow the sales plan to achieve sales target in assigned category (25%);
- Frequently visit existing tenants and new tenants to provide timely support, discuss about product display, staff’s performance, cooperated events for smooth daily operation (25%);
- Lease storage, signage & lots following budget and under regulation (15%);
- Check sales of tenants & chase bad debts to prevent tenants’ sales violation (10%);
- Conduct survey to gain awareness of competitor and market trend (10%);
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports (10%);
- Other tasks as assigned (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, any fields;
- No experience required. Candidate having 1 – 3 years of working experience in Sales, Customer service or related fields is an advantage;
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
- Good at Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Be careful & accurate, good teamwork and communication skills;
- Willing to work in shift.
