JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Identify potential tenants to replace inefficient or unsuitable tenants at Aeon Mall Ha Dong. Develop plans and analyze data to propose strategies for boosting revenue for the shopping center.
  • Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong – Hoang Van Thu residential cluster, Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Deputy Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Identify potential tenants to replace underperforming or unsuitable ones, and lease vacant spaces, storage units, LED systems, courts, billboards, and other assets to meet the department’s targets (35%);
  • Process, file, and store documents and data related to other income tenants in accordance with company procedures. Manage and analyze the data to make reports and plans for the Department, supporting the Deputy Manager up in decision-making (30%);
  • Explore new ways to boost sales and maximize income (10%);
  • Survey, analyze sales strategy of competitors and propose plan to improve sales for AMHD (10%);
  • Plan for mall renovation to increase mall’s income and improve mall’s image (10%);
  • Other tasks as assigned (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any majors.
  • Candidates have 1 – 2 years working experience in Sales, Customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Good at Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Be careful & accurate, good communication and planning skills.
  • Can work well both independently and as a team member.
  • Willing to work in shift.
