JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Oversee daily building operations and ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response procedures.
- Work location: UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang (Temporary office).
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM – C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Executive/ Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Check service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and make suggestions for quality service improvement and cost saving. (15%);
- Focus on checking building/tenant Dwg & design to make sure to follow AEON MALL Da Nang’s safety standard and reach Vietnam Standards’ update (15%);
- Coordinator as both of Role: Landlord & Tenant to solve daily operation among TTC – Tenant – other partner to keep smooth operation (15%);
- Monthly checking Facility belongs to AEON MALL Da Nang’s & Landlord’s Facilities to reach the standard of complex building (15%)
- Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (10%);
- Follow all fit-out works, renovation, and event setting up in the Shopping Mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents (if any) (10%);
- Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from Management (10%);
- Other duties as assigned (10%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Have Bachelor’s or College degree in relevant fields.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Building Management/ Operation, knowledge of technical, Civil drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is an advantage.
- Have basic spoken and written English skills and good communication in Vietnamese.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Be willing to work in shift and on public holidays.
