JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Shopping Center’s products and services within an assigned category, maintain tenants’ compliance to Mall’s operation rules and regulations.
- Working location: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Team Leader
WHAT YOU DO
- Patrol the Mall to check tenant’s operation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation. (10%)
- Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points. Meeting with store managers to discuss about product display, staff’s performance, cooperated events if any. (15%)
- Meeting with store owners to enhance relationship and push sales. (10%)
- Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with Store Manager to find proper solutions. (10%)
- Marketing support: Tenant’s promotion, Aeon Mall campaign and closely work with Marketing for increasing numbers of customers and sales volume. (15%)
- Leasing support: Lease storage, court, billboard, in-out plan of tenants and work with new tenants to guide them all steps to run business at AEONMALL (25%)
- Prepare sales report and meeting handling for Tenants (10%)
- Other task as assigned. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.
- Have high responsibility and be careful.
- Have good data analyzing skill and customer focus mindset.
