JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Contribute to Leasing Department’s achievement by conducting administrative tasks and summarizing data/ progress as Leasing Department’s demand
  • Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
  • Report to: Executive/Senior Executive

WHAT YOU DO

  • Implement and check leasing documents to avoid mistakes that affect the company (20%);
  • Implement and administer admin tasks to ensure Leasing Department’s compliance with our company policy (15%);
  • Collect and summarize Tenants’ data relating to leasing for Mall business’s evaluation (15%);
  • Administer progress of signing leasing documents to ensure timeline (15%);
  • Compile Tenancy Agreement conditions to provide reference data for Leasing Department and make reports as assigned (10%);
  •  Correspond to related departments to proceed with the assignment smoothly (10%);
  • Survey and study about brand and commercial center model to understand the retail market (5%);
  • Make reports as assigned accurately & timely (5%);
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any fields;
  • Have 1-2 years of working experience in Administration/ Sales Administration or related fields;
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
  • Be careful with paperwork, have good teamwork spirit, and be willing to learn;
  • Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
