JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Contribute to Leasing Department’s achievement by conducting administrative tasks and summarizing data/ progress as Leasing Department’s demand
- Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
- Report to: Executive/Senior Executive
WHAT YOU DO
- Implement and check leasing documents to avoid mistakes that affect the company (20%);
- Implement and administer admin tasks to ensure Leasing Department’s compliance with our company policy (15%);
- Collect and summarize Tenants’ data relating to leasing for Mall business’s evaluation (15%);
- Administer progress of signing leasing documents to ensure timeline (15%);
- Compile Tenancy Agreement conditions to provide reference data for Leasing Department and make reports as assigned (10%);
- Correspond to related departments to proceed with the assignment smoothly (10%);
- Survey and study about brand and commercial center model to understand the retail market (5%);
- Make reports as assigned accurately & timely (5%);
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, any fields;
- Have 1-2 years of working experience in Administration/ Sales Administration or related fields;
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
- Be careful with paperwork, have good teamwork spirit, and be willing to learn;
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
