JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Handle department administration tasks and support to prepare materials to make site reports/proposals.
- Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
- Report to: Deputy Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Survey and make catchment map of assigned area (10%);
- Support other members to prepare materials to make reports/proposals to management (20%);
- Build up database system of retail market; infrastructure development and economic indexes in company’s strategic areas (20%);
- Handle department administration tasks on time such as: RFA, payments, ect… (20%);
- File and update candidate sites (20%);
- Others tasks as assigned by supervisors (10%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidate who have 1 – 2 years of experience related to real estate expansion or market research is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.
- Have high responsibility and be careful.
