JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Be responsible for surveying, searching for potential areas and preparing documents related to key projects of AEON MALL
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Team Leader/ Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Survey and make catchment map of assigned areas (20%);
- Support other members to prepare materials to make reports/ proposals to management (20%);
- Build up database system of retail market, infrastructure development, and economic indexes in company’s strategic areas (20%);
- Handle department administration tasks on time such as: Request for Approval, Payment requests, etc. (25%);
- File and update candidate sites (10%);
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree at any major;
- Candidates have 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
- Eager to learn about Shopping Mall development and business;
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
- Good computer skills (especially Word, PowerPoint);
- Be careful and accurate, good team-work skill.
