JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Shopping Center’s products and services within an assigned category, maintain tenants’ compliance to Mall’s operation rules and regulations.
- Working location: Room No. 301, 302, 3rd floor, Ha Thanh Plaza Building at National Highway 1A, Minh Trai Street, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Team Leader/ Senior Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Implement the sales plan, monitor tenants’ sales performance and provide necessary support to achieve the assigned category targets. (25%)
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping center to provide timely support to customers and tenants; control tenants’ image and service quality in accordance with company policies and regulations. (20%)
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate ideas and services to drive sales; identify and recommend potential tenants for leasing vacant spaces in line with the department’s plan. (15%)
- Prepare, support and monitor sales performance for sales events as assigned by the Supervisor; coordinate with relevant parties to ensure events are conducted on schedule and achieve set targets. (15%)
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing Request for Approval (RFAs), processing payments, contracts, etc. (10%)
- Assist in preparing sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. (10%)
- Perform other duties as assigned. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.
- Have high responsibility and be careful.
- Have good data analyzing skill and customer focus mindset.
