JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Develop the annual training plan and organize training courses for tenant staff, train new tenant staff about customer service standard of AEON MALL, handle customer voice, tenant management, and office management.
  • Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan – No. 1, Street 17A, An Lac Ward, HCMC.
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Manager/Senior Executive.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Tenant training scheme: develop the annual training plan and organize training courses for tenant staff according to AEON MALL standards, deliver periodic AEON MALL customer service standard training to new tenant staff, ensuring participant satisfaction and smooth execution, organizing workshops, contests, and events to engage tenant staff (20%);
  • Manage customer voice to ensure all customer comments are processed on time and in line with AEON MALL standards (15%);
  • Control tenant staff data in the system, analyze and provide solutions on a monthly basis to maximize management efficiency and ensure information completeness (15%);
  • Daily patrol to ensure all tenants comply with the regulations and procedures of the shopping mall and keep their working manner in accordance with AEON MALL standards; Collaborate with team members or other teams to solve tenants’ inquiries/ complaints/ problems (15%);
  • Manage tenants’ legal documents such as Business License, Sub License, Insurance, Food Hygiene Certificate, etc. to ensure that all tenants operating at the shopping mall are abiding by the law (10%);
  • Handle office management such as controlling stationery & office equipment, arranging duty roster, controlling the meeting rooms to ensure that the office is well organized (10%);
  • Prepare periodical reports for supervisor or manager (10%);
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Training, or related fields are preferred;
  • Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
  • Good at presentation, planning & organizing skills;
  • Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Can use training-related applications like Canva, CapCut;
  • Willing to work in shift.
