JOB SUMMARY

Main function: Responsible for managing nationwide mall operations, ensuring service standards, safety, and customer satisfaction. Oversee operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Develop and standardize operational procedures while supporting new mall projects, with a focus on training and support for the pre-opening phase.
Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
Report to: Senior General Manager

WHAT YOU DO

Manage nationwide mall operations, ensuring service standards, safety, and customer satisfaction. Identify key operational issues and execute strategic solutions;
Propose and implement strategic frameworks to enhance mall asset value annually, leveraging DX-driven numerical analysis and collaboration with internal/external partners;
Drive operational excellence by establishing and updating SOPs based on Item 2 frameworks. Conduct specialized training for management teams in technical, budgeting, and procedural areas to elevate performance levels;
Maintain safety and comfort across existing malls by conducting performance evaluations and quality control of service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance), while continuously proposing and executing improvements;
Lead and support the advancement of new projects, including the standardization of regulations and staff training for launches. Adapt flexibly to project progress and company requirements;
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to achieve organizational goals.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Bachelor’s degree;
Have at least 5 years of experience in building operation management, covering budget management, quality control, supporting for mall operations and new mall opening projects;
Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
Have good internal and external stakeholder negotiation skills;
Be strong leadership in implementing high management standards across the organization.
