JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Responsible for planning training schedule, providing training material, coordinating and implementing training course while supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient training and improve staff’s skill and quality (tenant staff, Shopping center staff,…)
  • Work location: 7th Floor, SHB Building, 25/4 Street, Ha Long, Quang Ninh
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Conducting training course for tenant staff, Shopping center staff to ensure the delivery of AEON MALL’s standard of service. (25%)
  2. Support tenants in handling administrative tasks, including daily business processes, organising monthly meetings and events to ensure smooth operations. Organize employee satisfaction activities such as cleaning days, store manager meetings, and managing daily work tools and facilities. (15%)
  3. Implement tenant management by accurately and thoroughly collecting tenant and staff information. Supervise, collect, and support tenants to ensure strict compliance with laws, regulations, and procedures, including obtaining Operating Insurance Certificates, Food Hygiene Certificates, legal documents, and tracking violations, if any. Ensure compliance to maintain smooth and proper business operations. (15%)
  4. Handle administrative tasks in accordance with the company’s regulations, including Request for Approval (RFA), Request for Chop (RFC), payments, and act as a process coordinator for Shopping center’s paperwork. Oversee and manage office supplies, including office equipment, consumable expenses, monthly work rosters, and transportation arrangements. (15%)
  5. Track and follow up with relevant parties to handle the customer feedback process through to completion, ensuring all feedback is addressed promptly, comprehensively, and in the best possible manner for the customer. Summarize customer feedback and propose ideas to improve customer service. (15%)
  6. Conduct daily patrols of the shopping mall to provide timely support to customers, monitor tenant staff’s working manners, and maintain good relationships with tenants to identify their training needs. (10%)
  7. Other tasks as assigned (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • No experience required.
  • Have a strong passion for training and the ability to effectively facilitate learning sessions are required.
  • Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
  • Good at Microsoft Office.
  • Having negotiation & communication skill.
  • Willing to work in shift.
