JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell SC’s products and services within an assigned category, maintain tenants’ compliance to Mall’s operation rules and regulations.
- Working location: Room No. 301, 302, 3rd floor, Ha Thanh Plaza Building at National Highway 1A, Minh Trai Street, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Senior Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Follow the sales plan, keep track of tenants’ sales and support if needed to achieve the assigned Category’s target. (25%)
- Frequently patrol SC to provide timely support to customer and tenants, control tenants’ image and service based on company policy (20%)
- Assess to customer needs and suggest appropriate ideas and services to boost sales, find and suggest potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of Department. (15%)
- Prepare, support and keep track sales for sales event as assigned by Supervisor while cooperating with all party to ensure the events on time as scheduled and achieve target. (15%)
- Handle administration tasks such as: making RFA, payments, contract… (10%)
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports. (10%)
- Other task as assigned. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience and knowledge in Sales and knowledge about Customer service, Marketing and Data analysis are advantages.
- Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Good at data analysis and good mindset in solving problems.
- Having negotiation & communication skill.
- Able to work well under pressure and be a good team player.
- Willing to work in shift.
